Join biologists Melissa Odell and Matthew Matthiessen as they co-lead a bird and dragonfly walk at the SFC Bean Creek Preserve. This amazing Meadow Restoration will be a fun way to explore the birds and dragonflies everywhere with these two experts. Attendees should bring footwear they don't mind getting wet - prepare for mud and wet grass. Bring snacks, water and binoculars. Meet-Up at 7 AM at the Mariposa County Park & Ride on Joe Howard Street (near Rite-Aide) to carpool. Bean Creek Meadow is approximately one hour from the meet-up site.
Sign up is mandatory. You must be registered for the hike to attend. We cannot accomodate walk ons without advance notice.
